With over 25 years’ experience in the industry, lead consultant Mark Hobbs has a BA Hons in Hospitality Management and has managed in operations, mainly in the café bar and brasserie sectors, for chain and private operators. Mark has gone on to run a huge variety of high profile consultancy projects.
Kendrick Hobbs’ work is mainly UK based and we specialise in this unique market, however overseas project locations have included: Australia, China, Dubai, Italy, Jordan, Kuwait, Russia and the USA.
